How do I return an item?
- We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- This return policy is only valid for items that do not have initials, numbers, logos, or any other type of custom adjustments.
What is the status of my order?
- Once an order is placed, it is sent directly to our factory for production.
- Production typically takes 3 to 4 weeks (this timeframe is indicated at the time of purchase).
- After production, the order is sent to our warehouse for shipping, which usually takes 2 to 3 days, depending on the selected delivery method.
- A tracking number will be sent via email as soon as the order ships.
Please note that paying for express shipping applies only to the shipping timeframe and does not expedite production.)
Can I get a refund?
- (Refund Policy we offer a 15-day refund policy, meaning you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
Eligibility for a Refund
- Refunds are only available for non-customized items (items without initials, numbers, logos, or other custom adjustments).
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@diaza.us. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund.
Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

When will my order ship?
- If you selected express shipping on a bundle (customized item), please note that it may take up to 4 weeks to ship, as these items are made to order.
- If your order includes a stock item (a single, non-customized product), it typically ships within 1–2 business days, and in most cases, it goes out the very next day—unless we notify you otherwise.
How can I track my package?
- If your order has been shipped, we have sent the tracking number to the email address registered on your order.
- If you haven’t received the tracking number, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing, feel free to contact us at support@diaza.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Can I change or add items to my order?
All the changes in orders have to be made within 48 hours of placing your order, after 48 hours we are not able to make any changes to the order.
What is the estimated delivery time?

We offer two types of products: custom and stock items. Here's how the process works for each:
Custom Items:
- Once an order for a custom item is placed, it is sent directly to our factory for production.
- Production of custom items typically takes 3 to 4 weeks. This timeframe is clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
- After production, the order is sent to our warehouse for shipping, which usually takes 2 to 3 days, depending on the selected delivery method.
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
- Please note that express shipping only speeds up the shipping process and does not affect the production time.
2. Stock Items:
- Stock items are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 3 days.
- If there are any changes or delays, we will notify you promptly.
Important Reminder:
Paying for express shipping only impacts the shipping timeframe, not the production timeframe for custom items.
How can I update my shipping address?
If the order has not been shipped, we can change the shipping address however if the order has already been shipped you will have to communicate with the shipping company
What is the difference between sizes?
Our sizes may be different from other brands; however, the differences are typically around 2cm on each side. If you're still unsure, we offer a Size Chart where you can take measurements and compare them with an item you already own.
